i demand someone makes one, id make one but i dont know shit and cant lead for shit.

in all seriousness though, if someone is willing to help me a great deal then id like to start a salvage static. but at the same time i dont want everything to fall to me like a leader.

tdg one is pretty much full (more than the required jobs are there) id just rather start another one and harness the awesome power of CAE instead >.>

Awesome power of CAE? We can't use it anymore than twice a week. I'm afraid the world would just implode. Sorry but I can't risk this.

I've done lots of salvage and i'd be willing to help lead it

This is a rough idea of the jobs and setup im looking for.

Also, if you havent already posted it, please post your jobs you can come as.

Also-also please let me know how many times a week you would feel comfortable doing this for. I have to bare in mind people who do nyzul isle and such so just mention if you do that and when you're free, to give me an idea of how much we can do salvage.

I was also thinking we should do it in the early evenings but post what times would be good for you and i'll try my hardest to put it together and figure out a time i can please most. And i apologise in advance for those that i cant get a suitable time for.

Now ive put in a draft party layout at the top, let me know if any of you think i made a bad choice of job to put you as because i dont know what everyone plays best on apart from me on blm since i poured most of my gil and merits and gear etc into blm. So if there is something you feel would better suit you, let me know.

Can't do Sundays at 6pm, Limbus. I also think you'd be better off putting me on whm and wing on rdm.

i'd join if u do runs in the week around 2pm gmt (mo-tue) or on sat if u start around 1:30-2 pm gmt or earlier! Got to get a new seal on sat's before jp midnight that i can do my 2 runs with OSN on sunday. On fr i go with OSN too. I can help with salvage a bit too... got experience on some of the NMs just missing boss experience mostly. I'd be able to join with any of my jobs.
btw you dont need to stick on 2 mnk/nin for tanking. In OSN we often use sam/nins for tanks too. but sams and mnks are the best for tanking in the most situations there. depends what the target of the run is.

of those times, i can do mondays but not tuesday or saturdays.

how is everyone else for times? i havent really heard from you guys, personally i can switch some things around to adapt but only so much.

here's whats best for me in terms of time:

tuesday before dynamis
wednesdays parts of the day mainly mornings
thursdays most of the day
friday evenings
sunday mornings

1. now this is what ive got so far and id like to switch tula around, any suggestions?
options are limited to possibly switching tula to sch and fyre to a melee?
let me know your thoughts. adding another dd loses brd songs though and dd needs a weapon cell.

2. what is everyones opinion on wether i should go on blm or skip the blm and go full DDs? which is more effective

3. i like the sound of friday evenings (7pm?) and tuesday(4pm?) before dynamis. let me know how that is with everyone.

4. if the times are fine with everyone we can get a trial run started and look for a few more members as we go so we can later take on the bosses etc. but im expecting this wont be perfect for everyone >.>

If we have a sch, brd will probably be better to have than a rdm since cant refresh and Im not sure about the blm thing, ive not done salvage much
